Heart & Sole is Girls on the Run’s middle school program
that meets the unique needs of girls in grades 6-8. After-school sports and athletic teams are the best way

Sabes JCC.

The Minnesota JCC typically offers a variety of youth programming
after-school. They offer private and group swimming lessons for all
ages and abilities as well as a youth swim team. The Sabes JCC is
deeply committed to providing an opportunity for children to learn,
master and enjoy the ability to swim. To make your life as easy as
possible, staff from the Minnesota JCC will escort your child down
to the pool from Heilicher dismissal. For more information or to
